The salmon comes from organic and sustainable farming in the clean Arctic Ocean around Iceland. The fish are fed only quality food without growth hormones and other additives. The fillets are processed by hand, which guarantees their high quality.

Preservation method

Freezing is a gentle and safe way of preserving food when the correct technological procedure is followed. We use the IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) method, which shock freezes fresh fish meat. As a result, the nutritional values, texture and taste are fully preserved.
