Vannamei shrimp are among the most popular seafood due to their mild and delicate taste. These shrimp are snow-white with characteristic short grooves on their shell, giving them a unique appearance. They are rich in protein, low in fat, and an excellent source of iron, selenium, and other beneficial vitamins and antioxidants.
