Black tiger prawns, also known as tiger prawns, are one of the most versatile seafoods. You can fry, grill, roast and braise them. We like them grilled, seasoned with garlic, lemon juice and some of our salts or peppers. Our prawns have a very delicate texture and are frozen with a protective glaze for maximum preservation of taste and quality.
