The premium bone-in chop weighing 400 g comes from the Duroc pig breed from the Austrian region of Weinviertel, known not only for its wine but also for the exceptional quality of its meat. Duroc pigs are raised in a natural environment and fed crushed corn and grain mash, which gives their meat exceptional juiciness, firm texture, and beautiful marbling.

The chop is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days, which deepens its flavor, softens its texture, and increases its tenderness. Thanks to the bone being left in, it gains additional intensity and character when roasted or grilled, which will be appreciated by every lover of quality meat.
