Caviar made from wild salmon roe KETA from fresh raw material according to traditional Russian recipes.
About the product:
The KETA species is characterised by its larger size and firmer roe membrane. The second most popular type of salmon roe caviar. It is appreciated for its delicate taste and characteristic "crackling" sound when chewed. The eggs are 5 mm and larger. The colour is light red with a strong orange tint.
Red caviar is rich in easily digestible protein, contains a complex of amino acids and Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, vitamins A, E, D, K, B vitamins, iron, sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium, iodine and lipids.
