Method of production and storage

This salmon comes from organic and sustainable farming in the ocean around Norway. The fish are fed only quality food without growth hormones and other additives. The fillets are hand-processed, and during the processing, we do not add any water or additives to the fish. The weight listed for each portion is therefore the actual weight of the meat.

Freezing is a completely gentle and safe way of preserving food when the correct technological procedure is followed. If the fish fillets are thawed properly, the taste and nutrient content are comparable to freshly caught fish.
