Quality ingredients

The dish is based on peeled, tail-off white prawns, complemented by tagliatelle and a mix of tomatoes and leek. The flavour is rounded off by a sauce of rapeseed oil, garlic, wild garlic, parsley, black pepper, onion, turmeric, lemon juice and mint. The prawns come from controlled farms in India, Vietnam or Indonesia depending on the production batch.

Storage

Store at −18 °C or lower. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Recommended preparation

Tip the frozen contents of the pack into a preheated pan. Add the enclosed garlic sauce. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
