About the product:

Amur royal is a sturgeon caviar that was bred by combining amur sturgeon (Acipencer schenckii) a kaluga (Huso dauricus). This royal marriage of two species of sturgeon has completely changed the perception of the resulting delicacy. The combination, called Huso hybrid is the future of caviar; a modern miracle that combines the best of both worlds into a single egg. Kaluga is a close cousin Belugy so this product is very similar to the legendary and most famous caviar. The eggs reach a size of at least 3 mm and are typically shiny shades of greenish grey to dark grey. The method of preparing caviar is calledý malossol provided by the best quality, and particularly delicate product.
