Black tiger prawns, also known as tiger prawns, are among the most versatile seafood. You can fry, grill, sauté and braise them. We like them grilled, seasoned with garlic, lemon juice and some of our salts or peppers.

Our prawns have a very delicate texture. Therefore, we freeze them with a protective glaze to ensure maximum preservation of taste and quality. You may notice a higher amount of liquid after thawing, but know that the prawns themselves are without added water, as you expect from our products.
