Rib Eye steak Ayrshire – a succulence that speaks for itself
This Rib Eye steak comes from the high rib, one of the most prized cuts of beef. A thick cut from Ayrshire breed bullocks, raised on the pastures of Finland, where they live in harmony with nature, without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics.
Thanks to distinct marbling in the range of 6–10, the meat is beautifully marbled, extremely juicy and tender. The animals are fed exclusively on grass (grass-fed), which ensures a natural structure and pure taste without undesirable additives.
Dry aging for a minimum of 14 days gives the meat even greater tenderness and a more intense flavour profile. It is a steak that will please every lover of real meat – without compromise.
Recommendation:
Best prepared on the grill or pan to medium rare. Just salt, pepper and good oil are enough – the meat will take care of the rest.
