Organic carp fillet - fresh fish meat without bones and skin.
The fish are raised in certified ponds with a natural ecosystem, with a natural diet without the use of chemical additives, GMO feeds and synthetic pharmaceuticals
The fish are raised exclusively in organic conditions certified by the BIO standard. The fish offspring also comes exclusively from parent fish with organic certification. The use of antibiotics, hormones or synthetic substances is completely excluded. Feed comes from certified organic sources.

Freezing is a completely gentle and safe way of preserving food when the correct technological procedure is followed. We do not add anything extra to the fish during the processing - no water or additives. The weight listed for each portion is therefore the actual weight of the meat. If the fish fillets are thawed properly, the taste and nutrient content are comparable to freshly caught fish.
We freeze differently
We freeze our fish to ensure you have meat at home with a quality almost indistinguishable from the moment it was caught. Fishing takes place on small fishing boats that go out to sea in the morning and return in the evening, which is why our fish is portioned, packaged and frozen within 24 hours of being caught. This avoids the depletion of marine ecosystems and the wasting of so-called 'unwanted catches', as is the case with freezing on large floating factories that are at sea for days or weeks.


No added water
We don't need to artificially increase the weight of our products by adding water to the muscle of frozen fish. You can tell such fish at the first taste; as soon as the water is released during cooking, you are left with only tasteless meat.
One (and the only acceptable) form of water content in frozen food is a protective glaze. It is applied to the surface of the fish or seafood (typically prawns, for example) and protects the fish from freezer burn. This protective layer ranges between 5-20% and must always be stated in the product composition! Therefore, if the fish is not vacuum-packed, water in the form of a protective glaze is even desirable for preserving its quality.
