Premium quality chum salmon (also known as silverbright salmon) from the Pacific Ocean, frozen on the sea. The fish have unlimited range of movement and contain a minimum of fat. For this reason the flesh is light, firm, and flavoursome. To complement it we recommend herbs and our hand-collected Icelandic salt.
