Striploin steak – a classic for true meat lovers
The striploin steak comes from the sirloin in the back of the back and is one of the most popular cuts in the steak world. Our striploin comes from Holstein heifers from the Polish Wolowina programme, which guarantees high quality, controlled origin and sustainable farming. The cattle are exclusively grass fed, without the use of hormones and antibiotics.
The meat has a fine texture, light marbling (grade 4+) and distinct fat cover, which gives the meat depth of flavour and beautiful succulence during cooking. Thanks to wet aging, it retains a high juice content and a fine texture.
An ideal choice for pan-frying or grilling – just add sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and a knob of butter. Best enjoyed cooked medium-rare to medium.
