Smoked Arctic salmon

delicate smokey flavour, firm texture

The foundation of this delicacy are fillets of fresh arctic salmon which are marinated in a mixture of sugar and salt without the addition of any kind of colourings or additives. Once rinsed, the salmon is cold smoked using beech wood and chilled for twelve hours. Thanks to this work-and-time-intensive method the resulting flavour is delicate, balanced, and delicious.
