Sturgeons probably know the secrets of life - they have inhabited our planet for more than 70 million years. Although they are known and popular all over the world mainly due to their eggs, ie real caviar, we should not omit their meat from our menu. It is tasty, white, contains a nice percentage of fat and has almost no bones.
Sturgeon is best prepared on a pan or grill, but it is also delicious in soup. Grill or fry the fillet on the skin to prevent the meat from drying out. But do not consume the skin itself. It is covered with remnants of scales that cannot be removed.

Aquaponics combines ancient natural principles with knowledge of the modern world. It is actually the farming of the future. It is a symbiosis of fish farming with plant cultivation in one recirculation system. It works without the use of any chemicals and additives. Water enriched with fish "fertilizer" is pumped from the fish up and watering the plants, their root system cleans the water and removes all harmful substances from it. Clean water returns to the fish, so it is constantly circulating around and forming a closed ecosystem. Thanks to the fully closed cycle, the entire production is gentle and uses minimal water consumption. Water savings are up to 95% compared to conventional agriculture. The whole system has a minimum carbon footprint, and yet it can offer year-round stable production from organic operation. The fish are not fed antibiotics, nor do they come into contact with any chemicals.
