Siberian Royal is a caviar from Siberian sturgeon. The fresh and strong flavour has its origin in the cold Siberian waters and traditional preparation methods. The roe is 2.5 - 2.8mm in size and silvery grey to black in colour. Their taste is reminiscent of oysters. The method of caviar production called malossol ensures a product of the highest quality and remarkable delicacy.
