It has lean meat that will surprise you with its tenderness. Seabream is often accompanied by citrus sauces, herbs or slightly spicy dressings that enhance its natural flavour. It is a popular ingredient for elegant dishes in upscale restaurants, but can also be used at home to create exceptional fish specialities. When steaming, set the temperature rather lower.

Don't worry about the bones when eating - our fillets are prepared with a 'V' cut to ensure they are removed.
