A basic champagne made from Pinot Noir from Michel Arnould's Grand Cru vineyards. It is rich, surprisingly elegant, and complex for its origin. On the nose we discover notes reminiscent of garden or forest fruits, the palate is medium-bodied, juicy with a rather long finish. Recommended for roasted fish, sushi or cold starters.

Michel Arnould is an excellent grower in Verzenay in the Montagne de Reims subregion of Champagne in north-eastern France. He specialises in the Pinot Noir variety, which is planted on more than 80% of his 12 hectares of vineyards, the vast majority of which are classified as Grand Cru. And so even his entry-level champagne is made exclusively from Grand Cru locations.
