About origin

Osietra malossol is a caviar from Russian sturgeon. Typical is a fresh, hazelnut taste, very similar to Beluga caviar. The eggs have a size of 2.5 - 2.8 mm and are brown-gray to black. Many gourmets consider Russian sturgeon caviar to be the best. The method of making caviar called malossol ensures the highest quality, and especially delicious product.
