Omnom. A curious name for chocolate, you might say. After your first taste of this exclusive Islandic chocolate you will say "omnom nom nom..." and then all is clear.
The idea of producing chocolate came about in 2013 when two Icelandic friends decided to produce "bean-to-bar" chocolate from the the world's best cocoa beans. Óskar and Kjartan produce attractively-shaped bars of their chocolate in small volumes using the exceptionally delicate local milk, flakes of sea salt produced using traditional methods by Saltverk, and, most importantly, with a feeling for the most seductive of flavours.
