In Prague and its surroundings you may order our fish and have them delivered to your door the very same day! We are also progressively expanding our network of partner retailers, Boxxi Points, in regions throughout the Czech Republic, to which we deliver once a week.
For those of you based in the capital, Prague, orders placed via www.boxxi.cz find their way to you in two ways:

We are working on the expansion of our network of partner retailers. If you have a tip for a suitable collection point in your region, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Orders for collection at Boxxi House can be placed for the very same day, so long as opening hours permit. It is always necessary to wait for the confirmation SMS which lets you know the order is available for collection.
Orders for delivery to your given address within the boundaries of the capital, Prague, and its surroundings *) are delivered within the selected two hour blocks. As soon as the order is on its way, you will receive an SMS with a link permitting you to follow progress in real time.
We ship to Boxxi Points according to the schedule in the order. At the moment of delivery to the chosen Boxxi Point, we will inform you by e-mail and SMS where you will also find the code to be used upon collection of your order. Your goods will be safely stored at the Boxxi Point for 3 days. In the event that the order is not collected the order will be cancelled and the payment (minus a handling fee of 200,- Kč) will be returned in the form of discount vouchers against your next order.
Following the placing of the order in the e-shop, you will be redirected to Comgate payment gateway where you will have 30 minutes to complete payment. You will be offered the choice of payment by card of quick bank transfer via the bank payment button.

It is only with great reluctance that we take the step of cancelling an order, nevertheless this will occur in the following circumstances.
If you do not manage to complete payment via the payment gateway within 30 minutes, the link to the payment gateway is invalidated and the order is automatically cancelled. The order may subsequently be recreated. If you are logged in, you will find it in the section Orders in your account and you can return it in its entirety to your shopping cart.
If you do not collect or receive your order (from a courier, from a collection point within 3 days of its having arrived, or within 3 days of its having been readied for collection at Boxxi House), your order will be returned to the expedition warehouse and cancelled. The payment for such undelivered orders will be returned in the form of vouchers towards your next payment mind a handling fee of 200,- Kč.
