  • 2 portions cod
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 pcs spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt

  • Place the cod portions on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with salt, drizzle with oil and bake for 15 minutes at 135°.

  • Cut the onion into rings, and finely dice the ginger. Sauté in the oil for the 3 minutes. Season to taste.

  • Place the cod on a bed of ginger and onions.
