Côtes de Gascogne Rosé has a bright pink colour with purple hues and a rich and diverse pallete of aromatic tones of small red berries and lemon.
Gascony is situated on the South West of France and is known for the production of white wines and first-class armagnac. Domaine Haut-Marin Winery lies on the Via Podiensis pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela. 23 million years ago the area lay under the sea and mussel fossils still turn up from time to time on the vineyards.
Connoisseur wines are left to macerate in their skins for one night before pressing. They then mature in stainless steel tanks for three months. The resulting wines are fresh, light, aromatic, and pleasantly acidic.
