Cold smoke smoking is a traditional way of preserving fish in the Nordic countries. This rainbow trout comes from Danish organic farms, which go again the stream of mass production, but focus on sustainability and quality. They are proud holders of ASC certificates.

The fillet is marinated in premium sea salt brand Piazolla, the smoking itself takes place on beech / alder wood and lasts around 40 at a temperature of max. 25 ° C. Thanks to this, it retains its juiciness and pleasant, familiar taste.

Who already heard about us knows that at Boxxi we have Iceland not only in the freezer, but also in our hearts. And so do Stanislav and Klára Trnečeks.
