A vibrant unfiltered prosecco of the glera variety from the most famous region Valdobbiadene in the Veneto.
A versatile wine that pairs well with everything from starters to meat courses. It is very dry and best served at 8 - 10°C. Its expression is gentle with a brief robust fizz of larger bubbles; the taste is soft and harmonious with a fruity finish. The aroma bursts out in hints of apple and pear combined with subtler suggestions of bread crust and yeast.
An unflagging love of their craft and the natural riches of this region are the foundations upon which the Vedova family winery built upon in order to become the largest and most significant producer of prosecco in the Valdobbiadene region. The family began to produce wine in the 1950s. Their rich experience and their use of the latest technology, helps them to produce wine which meets the expectations of the most demanding of connoisseurs.
