Tear the salad leaves and add cherry tomatoes, halved.
Prepare the chips / fries as per the instructions or your own preference. It is possible to use a deep fryer, oven, or air fryer.
You can, of course make your own chips. They might not look as neat or be as evenly fried as the oven-ready variety but they will be yours and that touch more healthy :)
Pat the cod fillets dry with kitchen towel. Heat a pan to a medium-to-high heat, add the oil, and fry the cod on both sides until golden brown.
With the cod on on the go, you can season and flavour the salad by adding salt, lemon juice, and a little olive oil.
Take the cod out of the pan, spice it up with white pepper, and scatter with sea salt.
Serve with salted chips / fries, and the tossed salad. Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
