About origin

It pays to wait for good meat. The process of maturing meat takes time and cannot be replaced or accelerated. If you want to satisfy your taste buds, we recommend choosing the products of the ńĆun√°t Family Farm, which has been farming in the Milevsko region for several generations. In the Boxxi¬†offer you will find, for example, high-quality matured beef as well as matured and aged steaks.¬†

Animal welfare is not only moderm phrase here. In the open South Bohemian meadows, Marek ńĆun√°t & cooworkers cattle mainly beef of the breed Meat Simmental originating from Switzerland and Charolais, which is originating from France. The animals are fed exclusively on pasture and hay from local meadows, which are open to the animals all year round. The pastoral method of breeding guarantees that the animals live primarily outside, they have a space of several tens of hectares at their disposal, which has a positive effect on taste and fineness of structure. During the winter, they are fed hay from their own meadows, which is not chemically treated in any way.

Quality always takes precedence over quantity. The masters of the butcher's trade process every piece, they don't waste anything. Sustainable breeding, quality, respect for nature and honest craftsmanship are the values ‚Äč‚Äčthanks to which the ńĆun√°t Family Farm won the Boxxi heart.
